Just because your bigger doesn't mean you can drink more. Your weight, size, age, gender doesn't determine how much you can drink without blowing over. Many people think because of their size or weight bigger people can drink more without getting drunk as fast, or a smaller person can get drunk quickly. Not true, just because you have two drinks doesn't mean you couldn't blow over...anyone is able to have a little amount of drinks and be over the blood alcohol limit.
The laws aren't strict enough with drinking. 0.05 to 0.08 is considered to be "warn range" and if you exceed the limit your license will only be suspended for 3 days, and will be on your driving record for 5 years. This wouldn't teach anyone that drinking to much and driving is serious. 3 days without your license is nothing com paired to what could have happened if there was a accident. If something were to happen from someone driving drunk, there could be life consequences rather than just 3 days.
For some people they think having just a couple drinks wont do anything but after a while you might not realize how much you are drinking and think your totally fine and go drive, and blow over. Causing something that could have been prevented. Not knowing or being aware of what or how much you are drinking is harmful to you and anyone else around you.
